To find your local website type in www.nami (your county name).org, for example: www.namisantaclara.org. They sponsor excellent speakers and offer nationally recognized classes.

Join. The speakers and information will increase the quality of your life and your level of knowledge.

DBSA NEWSLETTER (State or National)

To find local chapters go to www.dbsalliance.org Their highly articulate brochures and other written materials are so superior I would give them give them to the newly diagnosed and their family and friends.
