Your privacy is important to us. Our support group and our website are confidential in regard to your privacy and anonymity. Please read our Meetings page for a full discussion of how we handle confidentiality and anonymity in person.

We will contact you at your e-mail address if you have requested information or action from us. We will not share your personal information with any third parties.

This website does not install software on your system and we don’t track your browsing habits. We use WordPress for our website software. The server running our software installs a “cookie”  on your computer to track your session ID.  These cookies are deleted when you close your browser. We do not collect individual information from these cookies. We do collect anonymous aggregate information to monitor the proper functioning of our website.

DBSA Palo Alto doesn’t endorse or recommend any products, vendors, organizations or mental health care providers. You may ask for information or recommendations from our members at our meetings and individuals will discuss your request outside the meeting.
