Thank you and take care.
Welcome
Welcome to the Palo Alto chapter of the national Depression Bipolar Support Alliance. We are here to provide information and support to anyone personally dealing with mood disorders. Our group is confidential, welcoming and informative and you will find support and understanding with us no matter the state of your mental health.
Our Website
We provide information and resources to help you with every facet of your life on this website. Take your time to explore our offerings. You can learn more about us by clicking on the tabs at the top of this page. Use the search box to look for your topics of interest. Alternately, you can browse our list of topics or navigate by choosing subjects from the tag cloud.
There are many excellent websites provided by national organizations to help you explore every aspect of dealing with mood disorders. We provide links to many of these resources. We don’t want to duplicate the information they provide. Instead, our goal is to concentrate on providing information about local resources and topics of special interest to our members.
Our blog postings keep you up-to-date on what we’re doing, our meetings, speakers and special events. We highlight local resources we learn about. We also alert you to news and publications on developments that may be of interest to our members.
Please get acquainted with us here and come to our meetings.
